Q:What does a plumber cost per hour?
We always state our hourly rate before we start, and travel within Billund Municipality is included. Larger jobs are quoted at a fixed price after a free site visit.
Q:Is the quote binding for me?
No. A quote from us is free and without obligation. Only when you accept it do we have an agreement.
Q:Can I get the Danish home-improvement tax deduction?
Labour for a range of plumbing jobs qualifies for the Danish "servicefradrag". We split the invoice into labour and materials so you can easily claim it.
Heating
Q:When should I replace my oil or gas boiler?
If the boiler is over 15 years old, you should plan its replacement. See the options under heating systems and read the guide District heating or heat pump?
Q:How much can I save with a heat pump?
Typically 40–60 % compared with an oil boiler and 20–40 % compared with natural gas. See the cost guide.
Q:Why do I have no hot water?
Often it is a faulty circulation pump, a scaled cylinder or a fault on the boiler. Call us – most faults are fixed on the first visit.

Q:What do I do about a burst pipe?
Turn off the main stopcock by the water meter and call our emergency line on +45 75 33 12 76.
Q:Does insurance cover water damage?
Sudden damage such as burst pipes is usually covered. Damage from slow seepage rarely is. We provide the documentation your insurer needs.
